A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, a same-day cancellation or a no-show may result in one-half of that appointment’s lesson time being deducted from the paid balance.
If service cannot be provided because of the instructor, vehicle, unsafe weather or road conditions, the student may reschedule at no charge or receive a refund for the unprovided service.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method. DriveTest and other third-party fees follow the third party’s own rules.
Purchased courses are valid for 12 months from enrolment. Unused balances expire after that period. BDE students must complete 20 hours of online learning, 10 hours of homework and 10 hours of in-car training within the validity period.
Extra lessons or road-test vehicle use are purchased separately. Prices may vary by service area. Students must carry a valid licence and comply with licence conditions.
Translation users must confirm that the receiving organization accepts their source document. The school does not guarantee road-test results. Threatening, abusive or violent conduct may result in immediate service termination.
